We will see the individual dog.
We will provide safety.
We will care for their health.
We will give them time.
We will listen to what behavior is telling us.
We will treat them humanely.
We will provide enrichment and rest.
We will respect their boundaries.
We will avoid defining them by one difficult moment.
We will work toward the right home.
We will be honest with adopters.
We will support the transition.
Some dogs will need sanctuary.
We will protect their dignity.
We will keep learning.
We will know our limits.
Our Promise
We cannot promise that every medical condition can be cured, every behavioral challenge can be eliminated or every dog will be adopted.
But while a dog is ours to protect, we can promise that they will matter.
They are safe here. They are loved here. They are home until they find home.
And for those whose home ultimately remains with us: they are already home.
